I can sometimes forget that what is now second-nature for me, is not the same for others. The practices I use in my day-to-day life to help support my emotional and physical wellbeing and the clients I work with. We are all challenged while navigating the unsettling ways of the world.

Settle in.

Along with a brief discussion I’ll share a few simple practices that might be useful for you in these days or uncertainty, overwhelm, or however you’re experiencing the world around you at the moment.
