Pain Care Yoga Classes

THURSDAYS 8:45am – 9:45am (OR) 10:00am – 11:00am
Taking registrations for January 2020. Register early as classes are purposefully kept small, so space is limited.
Small group classes incorporating gentle movement, awareness and attention techniques, breath and relaxation practices. This, along with contemporary pain education intermingled to help you better understand your pain, why flare-ups might occur and how you can learn to be your own best resource.
