Are you someone who’s grown tired of the same old ‘pains’ getting you down, not able to resolve an underlying problem? Are you unsure where to go next, not wanting to resign yourself to what is limiting you?
Working one-to-one with me you’ll learn skills and tools to take away and apply to daily living or your yoga practice (or whatever might be specific to your desires). We’ll use simple movements, breath work and possibly relaxation techniques based on your personal history, condition, lifestyle based on the context of your life as it is today.
Regardless of the ‘condition’, each person is unique, therefore each session is unique.
I don’t follow the ‘do this for back pain, do this for SI joint pain, do this for (insert your issue here)’. I look at the whole picture of you… as a person… living your life… and we go from there. I don’t negate or ask you to discontinue what other professional advice or programs you’ve been given, but provide a complementary and perhaps different approach to finding a solution.

At the end of the session, you’ll receive a personalized program unique to your needs and lifestyle. Typically, we’ll meet again every two weeks or so to review and progress your program.
