Are you someone who’s tired of pain getting you down, limiting your life? Are you unsure where to go, what to do? What might help?
Working one-to-one with me you’ll discover skills and tools that will apply to daily living, you can do at home and will learn to practice on your own. We’ll use simple movements, breath work and relaxation techniques based on your personal history, condition, lifestyle based on the context of your life as it is today.
Regardless of the ‘condition’ each person is unique, therefore each session is unique.
I don’t follow the ‘do this for back pain, do this for SI joint pain, do this for (insert your condition or diagnosis… here)’. I look at the whole picture of you… as a person… living your life… and we go from there. I won’t negate or ask you to discontinue what other professional advice or programs you’ve been given. Rather, I’ll provide an integrative and perhaps different approach to finding solutions that are just right for you.

At the end of the session, you’ll receive a personalized program unique to your needs and lifestyle. Typically, we’ll meet again every two weeks or so to review and progress your program.
Initial, 90-minute session $85
Follow-up, 60-minute session $70
