We might not be able to meet in person so let’s arrange an online session. All you need is a laptop or smartphone with a webcam.
Online sessions generally follow the same format as an in-person private session. Working one-to-one with me you’ll learn skills and tools to take away and apply to daily living. Simple movements, breath work and stillness are used based on your personal history, condition, lifestyle and the context of your life as it is today.

At the end of the session, you’ll be given a customized personal practice to work on. Typically, we’ll meet again in two weeks or so, to review and progress your program.
