We might not be able to meet in person so let’s arrange a session using the internet. All you need is a laptop or smartphone with a webcam.
Web sessions generally follow the same format as a private session. Working one-to-one with me you’ll learn skills and tools to take away and apply to daily living. Simple movements, breath work and stillness are used based on your personal history, condition, lifestyle and the context of your life as it is today.

At the end of the session, you’ll be given a customized personal practice to work on. Typically, we’ll meet again in two weeks or so, to review and progress your program.
